Graham’s approach to personal training is meticulous. He takes into account his client’s requirements and designs with great care the right programme to deliver the best possible results. From time to time, to keep the interest levels high, he changes the programme. If Graham were not there to keep me right, I know that my fitness levels, health and nutritional awareness would all be in meltdown!
